Thanks Maurirp. Even a quick review for the first time with different timescales gives me an F1. Prescope exactly where his opponents were. He did his best to hide the trace but all the exact prescopes with no sign of sound and impossible reaction time gave him away. I'll watch it several times more and provide detailed time stamps before issuing the ban, just to be sure.

Again a concrete F1. I'm happy to hear others' opinions as well. For now, a permban.

I've watch the demo 3 times in total, with shownormals on/off depending on each shot and different timescales (0.1/0.2/0.3 and normal speed). Here is the list of suspicious time stamps:

In Splendid:

* 0:52 - prescope a jumping player, maybe a good guess
* 0:49 - strangely fast reaction time, maybe another good guess
* 0:46 - strangely fast reaction time, maybe another good guess
* 0:04 - this is where it gets interesting; his behaviour is totally different from his usual playstyle, considering previous situations and all upcoming ones; why did he keep scoping through the wall but not the guy jumping out on his right side? And why didn't he react when he saw him? It's probably because he's targetting another guy through the wall and forgot about it.

In Mandolin:

 First half:

* 6:50 - hesitating to get up and suddenly point his crosshair right at an opponent at pillars near the stairs; it's a target action, not a check action (he intentionally pointed the crosshair); another lucky guess?
* 1:26 - another weird reaction time, prescope intentionally at the area near wall.

 Second half:

* 6:43 - a definite prescope through wall and try to hide it.

I don't believe in that weirdly many coincidences. Aside from it, the trace and precope are inevitable to me. This makes me remember a cheater named Staid a while ago. Walling and hiding it so well, a one-little-slip-up-moment was enough for Jace to kick him out (for good). You're busted, punk!

Nice catch Maurirp! Thanks again! :-)
